IMO CLASS 3-Flammable Liquid
Flash point, that is, under specified conditions, the lowest temperature at which a flammable liquid can flash when it is heated to the mixture of its vapor and air in contact with the flame. The flash point is an important index to indicate the explosion risk of flammable liquid. The lower the flash point, the greater the explosion risk. According to the flash point, it can be divided into three categories:
A) Low flash point liquid refers to the liquid whose flash point in closed cup test is < -18℃
B) Medium flash point liquid refers to the liquid with -18℃≤ closed cup test flash point < 23℃
C) High flash point liquid refers to the liquid with a flash point of 23℃≤ 61℃ in closed cup test.
