b) For the export of dangerous goods, besides customs declaration, it is necessary to make maritime declaration, belows are documents required for maritime declaration:
Performance sheet and use certificate of dangerous goods, MSDS, safe and seaworthy document, export declaration form, packing list, dangerous goods declaration form, electronic bottom account.
c) Most of the three types of dangerous goods are listed in《Catalogue of Dangerous Chemicals (2015 Edition)》, so another special documents -- Commodity Inspection form, are required when making maritime declaration. All the documents listed above are used in maritime declaration, and all of them are indispensable. Otherwise, if false report is involved, it will be punished by customs and shipping companies.
